2. Product Purchases

Orders may be placed through our website or other official sales channels. By completing checkout, you confirm your intent to purchase the selected items.
For specific request orders of items that are not currently in stock, we may source the item on your behalf. In such cases, we will confirm availability, pricing, and details with you and provide a payment link to complete the purchase. Once payment is completed, the order will be treated as final.

2.2 Package Acceptance

Once your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt. Opening the package constitutes acceptance of the items and these Terms.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1 No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased items.

3.2 No Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted once products have been opened, except in cases outlined below.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4.1 Eligibility

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement.

4.2 Notification Window

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and details of the issue.

4.3 Review Process

We reserve the right to review and verify all claims and may request additional information before approving any replacement.

If approved, we will provide instructions for next steps. Replacement items are subject to availability.

5. Product Availability and Pricing

5.1 Availability

All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you with alternative options or cancel the order if necessary.

5.2 Pricing Errors

We aim for accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors. If an incorrect price affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, artwork, and product designs belong to their respective owners. No rights are transferred through purchase or website use.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. All purchases are made at the customer’s discretion.
